In The Mood For Love: Valentine's Day Specials At Broadway

Thinking about how you'll spend Valentine's Day with that special someone this year?

If you're looking for something unique and memorable, why not book a reservation at Ripley's Aquarium Myrtle Beach. For the third year, the Aquarium will be hosting its annual “Splash of Love Dinner.” For $79.99 plus tax per couple, you and your sweetheart can get a four-course dinner, admission to the aquarium, one long stem rose, and one drink ticket. Upgrade to the Tunnel of Love for $89.99 plus tax per couple, and you'll get all that, plus a box of chocolates and be entertained by strolling musicians. This annual dinner is so popular that Ripley's Aquarium is holding it on two nights this year: February 13 and 14 (both nights from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). Reservations are required. Call 843-916-0888, ext. 3272 for details.

With Valentine's Day landing on a weekend, Joe's Crab Shack has also decided to celebrate it over two days, February 13 and 14. On Saturday, they're serving a Lobster Daddy special for $34.99 — a great deal for a whole Maine lobster and snow crab, served with corn and potatoes. On Sunday, the Beantown Bake special will be just $45.99 and that actually includes two whole Maine lobsters, one pound of clams, six shrimp and smoked sausage, served with corn and potatoes. Yum!

Why not make it dinner and a show with Date Night at Legends In Concert (Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14)? Save 20% off regular ticket prices or go for that special VIP seating for just $80 plus tax per couple. On those nights, tribute artists will be performing as Barry White, The Blues Brothers™, Taylor Swift, George Strait and Elvis Presley. Call 843-238-7827 and ask for code PBV to learn more.

If Valentine's Day celebrations aren't your thing, you'll want to check out Hard Rock Cafe's A “Non-Valentine's Special” on Saturday, February 13, from 8 p.m. to midnight. You can meet old friends and new, mingle a bit, and rock out with DJ Jesse. There's no cover charge, but there will be food and drink specials, giveaways and a chance to win a two night Myrtle Beach staycation.
