Sometimes boredom happens when you've spent one too many nights being an after work couch potato and binging on late night tv or Netflix. We don't know if this is a good thing, but for us, we can rattle off the upcoming lines from our favorite Golden Girls episodes! So what to do? Get up and get out! Tee off with your favorite crew at Topgolf, take to the skies over Myrtle Beach at Helicopter Adventures or strap in and go soaring over Broadway at Soar & Explore. You can also battle it out on games at Dave & Buster's or show off your karaoke skills at Celebrations Nitelife! The young and young at heart can enjoy time out of the house and off the couch at Broadway!

It's safe to say, one of the things we are all guilty of is eating the same things over and over! That in itself can get pretty boring! Why not add some new flavors to your favorites? Hard Rock Cafe's New Menu Rocks & Rolls Into New Flavors

Shakespeare once said, "If music be the food of love, play on."

Well Mr. Shakespeare, we at Broadway at the Beach are playing on and enjoying every bite of the new menu at Hard Rock Café!

The iconic restaurant with the spinning guitar has unveiled their brand new and most extensive menu innovation in the company's history with more than 20 new offerings including appetizers, burgers, entrees, desserts and dessert drinks!

So as you can imagine, we are about to take a tasty trip down memory lane of our first dip into the new deliciousness at Hard Rock!

Let's talk apps, shall we?

From a new flatbread, to spicy shrimp and spinach and artichoke dip and nachos to three different types of burger sliders, there are seven new starters to try in addition to their classics including their chicken wings and the jumbo combo featuring a little bit of everything!

Although the decision on what to order to share with our gal pals was hard to narrow down, for this visit, we went with the Three Cheese & Roma Tomato Flatbread and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip!

The apps could have sufficed as we were quite full from each tasty bite, but trust us, we didn't stop there!

For the main mid-day course, between all of us, from the new features we chose the Baby Back Ribs, the Double Decker Double Cheeseburger, the new Steak Salad, the Fresh Beet Side Salad, the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, the Impossible Burger (What makes it impossible? Well it's a 100% plant-based vegan patty, topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese and a crispy onion ring, served with leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato) and the One Night In Bangkok Spicy Shrimp appetizer as a meal!

They also have a 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger. Yes, we are talking edible gold!

(Another disclaimer… not all items are pictured as some of us couldn't wait to dig in! They shall remain nameless!)

From the crisp lettuce with the flavorful toppings on the salads to the zesty zing of flavor of the shrimp to the sweet and savory tastes of the burgers, we were all delighted with the new flavors of the legendary eatery!

At this point, our lunch had us filled to our belly brims, but in celebration of the new menu, of course we had to end it on a sweet note!

This dessert needs no introduction, but trust us, it's not your typical end of the meal treat! Introducing the new, New York Cheesecake now at Hard Rock Café! This velvety and creamy deliciousness DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT!

Not only is the New York Cheesecake a new addition to the menu, but we also sipped on the new Boozy Milkshakes. From Cookies & Cream made with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, vanilla bean ice cream, white chocolate and Oreo cookies, with whipped cream and a chocolate Oreo churro to Strawberry Cheesecake made with Absolut Vanilla Vodka and vanilla ice cream blended with the flavors of strawberry cheesecake, with white chocolate, whipped cream and frosted animal crackers.… we loved every single sip of the new creations! (PS… these can also be made without alcohol.)

So we came, we ate and we loved every bite of the new menu at Hard Rock Café! From the beginning appetizers to the sweet ending all while the sounds of Nirvana, Pearl Jam and the Beastie Boys playing in the background, we rocked and rolled as we devoured our lunch!

So next time, you're traveling down The Avenue at Broadway at the Beach and hear some familiar rock or some of your favorite tunes, stop in and enjoy the new flavors and your favorite classics at Hard Rock Café!
