Top 5 Reasons Vacationers Love Broadway At The Beach

Each year, vacationers pour into Myrtle Beach for their summer getaways. Fourteen million of them make a least one trip during their vacation to Broadway at the Beach. In a recent survey, we asked our visitors to tell us the top 5 reasons that they love Broadway, and we found some interesting comments on TripAdvisor too.

Number 5: Broadway's free fireworks shows are the best in town. Every Tuesday and Friday night throughout the summer, we stage a fireworks spectacular that lights up the sky.

Number 4: There's exciting nightlife at Broadway at the Beach. From the clubs in Celebrity Square to interactive juggling acts, kid's musical shows, and cool bands, Broadway offers "party spots, entertainment, and plenty to do for all ages," says a TripAdvisor reviewer. Check our events calendar to see what's happening when you're in town.

Number 3: We've got all kinds of dining options. Our restaurants specialize in everything from burgers, tacos and seafood to Italian, Caribbean, sushi and more! There's something to please every member of the family.

Number 2: "It's like a big carnival. . . a big outdoor party," raves one TripAdvisor reviewer. And we agree! Broadway has kiddie amusement rides, the amazing Ripley's Aquarium, a mind-boggling WonderWorks, an exciting themed mini-golf course, thrill rides and more.

And the Number 1 reason: Our shopping is sensational. With more than 100 shops, you can stroll our promenades, pick up a snack at a one-of a kind candy store or bakery, and explore. Ladies will enjoy discovering beautiful handbags and shoes, unique jewelry, and designer sunglasses. There's even a sports store for the guys and the Man Cave Store to decorate their retreats.

It's hard to keep the reasons that vacationers love Broadway at the Beach down to just five. We love the enthusiasm of the many TripAdvisor reviewers who take the time to write up their feelings. For them, Broadway is "like its own little city. . . has something to offer every member of the family – attractions, rides, restaurants. . . lots of shops and a great variety of them . . .. . a great place for the entire family!"
