KIDZTIME KIDS CLUB RSVP FOR Nov. 14, 2009
MYRTLE BEACH HOLIDAY PARADE
KidzTime Kids Club members are invited to participate in Myrtle Beach's ONLY Holiday Parade, which benefits Toys For Tots, on December 5th at Broadway at the Beach. The parade line-up includes local celebrities, radio and television stations, antique and modern cars, customized holiday floats, favorite mascots like Prince Sparks, Splash, and Sharky. And, of course, our guest of honor... Santa Claus... will join us for this anticipated annual holiday event.
Members should wear their yellow KidzTime Kids Club t-shirt and arrive by 10:30am in the staging area (located in overflow parking on the 21st Avenue side adjacent to Broadway's Visitors Center). The parade will begin at 11am starting curbside at the Visitors Center moving towards Hampton Inn and ending at Hard Rock Cafe where parents may pick up the children at approximately 12:00 noon.
Pelicans Holiday Open House schedule of events:
We are collecting new toys, socks, underwear and pajamas for the children of Fostering Hope.
Kids Club Event from 9 – 10am: Enter through the Main Gate.
* Kids will get an exclusive tour of the ballpark
* We will have ‘The Grinch’ playing on the video board
* Splash and Deuce will be present
* Members will be able to make a holiday related craft item.
* Snacks will be served in the Pelicans Restaurant.
Open House for the Public from 10am – 12:30pm:
* Splash and Deuce will be available for photographs.
* Special discounts in the pro-shop.
* Scavenger hunt for the kids
* Holiday movie will be playing on the Video Board.
* Popcorn and light refreshments will be served on the concourse.
* Wii and other games will be on the concourse.
* Ballpark tours will be conducted by Pelicans Staffers
* Information about Booster Club and Kids Club memberships will be available.
